Something's going on

Pete's been in again last night. This time earlier, while our food was out. Tosca (see below) hissed at him. She's very scary. Well I think so anyway, but Pete just kept on munching on our yummy Senior Tuna Whiskas. I'm sure he's supposed to be a vegetarian but he's obviously one of those vegetarians.

I sense there's something going on - Una and the Dr speak in hushed tones of trucks and boxes and "Next week". The last time they talked like this, they put us in boxes and sent us on a very long trip without them where it was very noisy. I really don't want to do that again. I'd rather stay here with Pete, even if I do have to share my Whiskas with him.

An eventful night

You know Pete the Possum. Well he was coming into the house to eat our food, so our mums stopped leaving food out for us overnight. We don't like this very much, but Dr Kat got a taste of her own medicine when she woke up last night to discover that the pizza-flavoured crackers (I know, doesn't it sound disgusting) she left out in the lounge were being eaten by Pete. When he realised she'd caught him, he went to run out of the house and bumped into Luci. But Luci was very brave (he's always very brave, and did I mention how lovely he is) and stood his ground. Then Tosca started to hiss and growl at Pete. Pete ran around the house a few times (all the rooms are layed out in a circle around the bathroom) and then managed to get out, back to his home in the roof.

I wonder if Pete will be out tonight. I know Mum Una has left the rest of the crackers outside for him - I think she loves Pete more than she loves us.

Isn't he lovely

I mentioned the lovely Luci yesterday. But mum Dr Kat took a picture of him today so you could see what he looked like, too.

Oh and there's Tosca as well, you will see her picture some time.
And while we're here, this is a picture of me

There's no stopping me now

Finally, I've been allowed on the computer to start writing posts to my blog.
So you're wondering how I'm getting on now that I've moved with my two mums to Brisbane.

I'm enjoying the sunshine (it hardly ever rains here) and for some reason my fur has become especially gorgeous. Perhaps you can see in the picture.
Luci's fur is also very gorgeous but there's no picture of him.

And I've made a new friend. He's called Pete. And here's a picture of him too. So I wonder why my two mums called him Pete. Can you work out why?

Cini's blog

Una told me last weekend that this place in cyberworld will consist of tales told by a cute little cappucino-coloured Siamese hanging out in Australia with his step-brother, step-sister, and a possum called Pete.

I wait agog...
